Michelle is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, and Eastern Connecticut State University, where she completed her Master of Science. A previously licensed esthetician in Rhode Island, Michelle brings a well-rounded background that blends wellness, beauty, and client experience.
Before transitioning fully into aesthetics, Michelle worked in marketing and client relations within the gaming industry. Driven by her passion for wellness and beauty, she moved into the treatment room, where she quickly advanced into leadership roles as a team lead and trainer. Her career continued to evolve into administration and management, allowing her to support both patients and providers at a high level.
Michelle spent six years in Boston working alongside a team of advanced treatment specialists, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. In March 2025, she returned home to Rhode Island and proudly joined the FAC team.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time at Rhode Island’s beaches, making memories with friends and family, and—most of all—she is completely obsessed with dogs.
